Cori, what’s your story?

My personal wellness journey began as a teenager experiencing severe digestive health issues. After being diagnosed with IBS I spent over a decade trying to find the right nutrition and lifestyle balance to manage symptoms and live a fulfilling life. I experienced firsthand the profound impact that nutrition choices and mindfulness practices had on managing my condition and wanted to help others feel their best. This led me to leave my career in the fashion industry and pursue nutrition.

As a certified dietitian (RDN) for over 6 years now I have had the opportunity to help countless individuals naturally manage IBS and greatly improve digestive health. I have also assisted many in meeting their weight loss and body transformation goals and develop healthier relationships with food.

I am a strong believer in the powerful connection between mind, body, and spirit. I emphasize intuitive eating, meditation, positive mindset and purposeful movement as part of optimal wellbeing. I am also a KRI certified Kundalini yoga instructor and teach weekly classes in Brooklyn, New York.

In my off time, I enjoy discovering new gluten-free restaurants, hanging with family and friends and nourishing my spirit with meditation, yoga and quality time out in nature.

Training & Experience

After working in the fashion industry I returned  to school full time to earn my RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) credential. I completed the DPD program at CUNY Queens College and my DI (Dietetic Internship) at LIU C.W. Post.

I have counseled a large and diverse population of individuals. Some past roles include the Registered Dietitian for an integrative wellness center in San Diego, nutrition program coordinator at Westchester’s Life Time Athletic club and clinical dietitian in both acute care and long term care facilities on Long Island.  I lead seminars and workshops on a variety of health and nutrition related topics and have delivered on-site corporate wellness solutions to many large accounts including AllianceBernstein, Time Warner, and Conde Nast as a representative of Wellness Concepts.
