The gut is the basis of our health – it’s the first line of defense against pathogens, it’s where we digest and absorb nutrients and where we house our gut microbes, also known as gut bacteria. Poor gut health is now linked to a compromised immune system, malnutrition and poor mood regulation, and may play a role in arthritis and obesity.
BellyBlissful’s gut health Program Includes
During this 75 minute session we delve into your medical history, digestive symptoms, current eating habits, mind body elements, personal challenges, support network and more. You will walk away with a clear-cut plan and strategies to implement that plan in your real life.
Based on your in-depth consultation, I will create and share a detailed gut healing regimen including food lists, meal suggestions and supplementation tailored to your specific needs. This plan may also include hydration, mind-body and movement goals.
During your bi-weekly 30 min. check-ins we will discuss the previous weeks in detail (wins, challenges, etc.) and strategize for the coming weeks. We will also make any necessary adjustments to your initial nutrition and wellness plan.
Throughout your program I am by your side providing support, motivation and accountability via your own private interactive food and fitness journaling app. It's pretty much like having an on-call expert nutritionist!
